Levi&Luke/Taz&Gizmo

3/18/2009
Hi Eileen
The boys are still excited to see them, Taz and Gismo have a job in the morning, they wake up the kids big and small. When I get up they get up and wait at Josh's door, when I open it up they jump up on the bed and start licking his face till he is up, then it is on to the next door and they do the same. There personalities are so different, taz is very talkative and gismo is afraid of everything but he is also the one that starts the play fighting with taz. Nicolas wanted Taz to sleep with him but he wont stay in his room, he scratches at the door when we leave. They are still not big car fans but taz is better then gismo. Hope we do get to see you all someday would love to have you for dinner. Just call and we will give directions to get here keep in touch

Hi Eileen,
Thanks for the email. Sorry we haven't emailed back in a while. Things have been very busy here over the winter. Luke and Levi, who are now Gizmo and Taz, have accepted our home very well. The whole family have become very attached to them and I think they have accepted us as well.
When we first brought them home, Gizmo/Luke's ears were both standing. Now both of his ears are now down and I think it is permanent, so I think he found his new look. Taz/Levi, when he first came home, his left ear was laying down a little and his right ear was standing. Now, his left ear is standing and his right ear hasn't made up it's mind yet. Sometimes it stands and most of the time now it lays down. I think Taz is still trying to find his new look. Either way they are both cute and are doing fine. They have both put on weight and love to play with the family and with each other.
I've added some early pictures and current pictures of the two. I hope the pictures have come out ok.
John and Michele Yoshida
P.S. If you are ever up near our area, we would still love to have you over for a nice visit/dinner or whatever you may have time for. You could also see Taz and Gizmo in action at home as well tearing up the house with the kids.
